2024-7-1 Pole Patch Owner’s Meeting

6:30 Mingle – refreshments 7:pm meeting
Park on the west side of Pole Patch… bring a chair. – UTV parking in the driveway.

1. Welcome – Shawn
2. New Neighbors- Shawn- John Sears* please confirm I have them all correct & fill in
   any missing information 2022/ 2023 & 2024- Their names and who’s house/ lot they
   purchased *Also please make the map like you did last year.
   a. Tyler Roskelly (hammers)
   b. Steve & Rhonda( (new house- next to Jeff)
   c. Joe & Cassie Giarrusso / Lopez- Next to Dunkleys
   d. Dakota & Sierra Mayzsak – site work end of waterfall
   e. Sandra Vanta- (waterfall middle lot) Had containers
   f. Tim George (Wood/Benstog) – top culdesac on Pole Patch next to D’Agnillos
3. Flood last August- Shawn
4. Mine closures *in pine canyon/ burnham (willard peak abandoned mine)
5. Fill Board Seats- 3 seats open- Kendal Madsen/ Spender Bradley & Bradon Martin
6. Financial report from John Sears Utah Hoa – Dues will increase 5% annually to keep up
   with inflation & help build funds for road repair.

10. Water (pump house) – Jeff – backflow preventers / Generator switch gear
11. Gate repair – rebuild – Shawn
    a. Spruce up the existing gate situation- -Square off the gates/ update lights &
    repair rocks. Insurance claim will pay for the bulk of this cost
12. Gate – Bradon – operation/ openers etc
    a. Sat sun – 6:30-2pm
    b. Weds &-Fri- 5am- 8:30pm
    c. Mon-tues thurs 5am- 6:30pm
