2020-07-31 – email meeting

This month we reviewed via email two house plans submitted for construction in Pole Patch. The first was for the Valentine Family, wanting to build on Lot# 28. The first plan submitted would have required a variance, as the setback requirements were not met. After informing the Valentines that this would have to be discussed in an in-person meeting of the board, they revised the site plan and moved the house so all setback requirements were met. The Board approved the building and site plans on July 17th

The second proposal was from the Hammer family wanting to build on Lot# 16. The plans submitted met all the requirements in the CCR’s. Their home and lot plans were approved by the Board on July 31st.
